A Spark of Inspiration
Every once in a while I run across a truly inspiring story of a writer’s success. This is one that’s always spoke to me. It’s the story of how Nicholas Sparks landed his first publishing deal. Of course he is now an extremely successful author who has seen his books splashed across the silver screen but it wasn’t always so. Mr. Sparks started out like any other aspiring writer. He had a story to tell, one that he had a passion for, and so he committed it to paper. At the time he never imagined what the future held. It can all change in a day. Before I give anything else away check it out - in his own words. If this doesn’t inspire and prove that it can be done I’m not sure what else will.

That actually leaves me speechless to get that much on a first offer. Still, that’s one of my all-time favorite books (and films for that matter) so he deserved it.

WOW! That was inspiring! That is how I feel abuut my new business I am starting. Everyone who knows what I’m doing says it will be a success. I am beginning to get calls asking for more info and I am hearing about schools who are planning it in their budget to have me come next shool year. It’s like I am waiting for that voice mail to be left on my phone.
